A RESIDENT CAMP @
WHO: Level 5 through Elite, ages 7 and up
WHAT: High level training emphasizing air awareness drills, skills progressions, basics and conditioning. The athlete will learn how to train hard and feel success through accomplishment.
WHERE: ArtSports, 780 Vondelpark Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80907 on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
WHEN: Mondays - Thurday, and Fridays 9:30-11:30 & 1-4 (AirTimeTraining) Beginning May 24 - Aug.17
HOW: STRUCTURED TRAINING: 5.5 Hrs. 8:30am-11:30 & 6:00-8:30pm OPEN TRAINING: 5 Hrs. 12:30pm-5:30 (All training is option)
EXTRA: Depending upon availability, 2008 Olympic hopefuls who train at the Olympic Training Center can schedule private lessons with your child.

EQUIPMENT: 29 Trampolines, 2 Euro 7x14 & Double Mini, Infloor String Beds, 7 hot beds, DM into Pit, 80 ft. rod tumbling into Pit, 150 ft. rod floor, Over head traveling spotting rig, 12 bungee spotting rigs, World's largest pit,etc.
No charge for coaches with level 10+, national competitors
